Today I walked 2.08 miles. That is the longest walk I have done in a while since usually it strains my ankles ever since I mishap when I was younger causing me to tear ligaments. It wasn't too straining and I feel invigorated and ready to work out some more after a quick rest. I also got my 2 DVDs from ordering The Spark Solution and just can't wait to use them.
