Hi and welcome to Spark! I lost 240 lbs this year so I know you can do it!!

My fitness goal in 2013 is to lose 100 lbs in year or less. Also I want to workout 300 times for 2013. Do three fitness competitions (marathons and/or mudathons) Finally, I want to have a diet of 5 to 6 healthy meals 6 days a week with one cheat day.
