Great planning! Makes all the difference, doesn't it!? I made all my old favorites, but ate small portions. I worked out the day before and the day after. Zero weight gain! I'm no longer fearing the holidays!!! It's an awesome feeling. Keep up the good work!!!
This was my first Thanksgiving on Spark People and the first time I can remember that my plan was not "whatever". I really planned and used SparkPeople resources - what a difference! Thanksgiving victories: NO eating between meals (too busy), good solid breakfast, light lunch, all Spark Recipes for dinner (delicious! Thanks Chef Meg), rigorous clean up after. Here comes the good part - I LOST weight!!
