Why on earth would it not be ok? You said yourself you would still be within your calorie range, so even if you hadn't worked out at all today, you didn't break any "rules."

Yep. Totally okay. I ate tofu tempura today. You should see how much fat is in that stuff! I'd feel guilty...except IT'S OKAY!

Healthy living is not perfect living. In fact one of the biggest triggers that can lead to binging is depriving us from enjoying food a treat from time to time. You will be just fine!

" I am still going to end the day with a caloric deficit "

It's OK!!!

There's nothing at all wrong with eating a slice or two of pizza for dinner! Pizza is not necessarily an "unhealthy choice" - it's a perfectly fine choice, unless for example you ate the entire pizza :)

You can make these sorts of meals fit into your plan for a LIFELONG healthy eating pattern.

OK people, talk me off the ledge here...I have zero energy today, completely half-assed my workout today and I am planning on having 2 slices of Little Ceasar's pizza for dinner...breakfast & lunch was healthy and even with the pizza and some popcorn later I am still going to end the day with a caloric deficit or break even (I know this thanks to my Body Bugg). I need some validation that once in a while it's ok to do this, just get back on track tomorrow!!

Thanks!! emoticon
