Tacos! Both hard and soft. Place a variety of fillings/toppings buffet style and everyone can choose their own ! Crockpot chili, if your doing healthy, use boca crumbles in place of meat, can't tell the difference. For cold finger food, place your choice of deli meat and cheese in a soft taco shell , wrap and slice into pinwheels secure with toothpick, cube your choice of veggies/fruit and skewer on toothpick kabob style in place of a tray, For me, last years veggie tray was a Flop even the dieters wanting a treat day leaving me with plenty of leftover veggies.

Definitely do something with chicken, you just can't go wrong. Vegies are great too like the previous poster said. How about some lean ground beef and make cocktail meatballs? I really like curry flavored hummus too with pita chips. emoticon

I'm doing some sort of crock pot dish, like BBQ pulled chicken or something. That's probably the best way to do hot foods...mostly because it doesn't have to be "ready" for everyone to eat at a certain time; whoever's hungry can just get their own throughout the game.

As far as "plans" is never a huge problem for me with these things, it's usually the beer! Not that I'm even a huge beer drinker, but even a few add up quickly!! I'll try to stick to water, or bring supplies to make a vodka-soda or two. :)

I keep plenty of crisp cool veggie sticks on hand. Good for crunchies and also to clear other tastes after dips or sauces. And you can grab a handful and crunch without counting the calories. Celery and red peppers are about free!

We have some really good ideas on the dailySpark. Just search for "Super Bowl"

what is on your menu for a Superbowl party next Sunday? We are having people over to watch the Ravens and I need some good ideas. We have done wings in the crock pot and I make mexican wontons but need more...
