I've been on a pumpkin pie oatmeal kick recently. :) HG's pumpkin pancake recipe is really good too: recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?

I am a big fan of Hungry Girl's oatmeal recipe:

This morning, I gave it a pumpkin twist with substituting the apple with 1/2 c. canned pumpkin and adding 1/2 tsp. of pumpkin pie spice. It was ridiculously delicious.
