If you want to grill something you could try grilling some fruit! Grilled peaches are delicious. You can also grill romaine lettuce to make veggie burgers a bit more exciting. Grilled zucchini slices are delicious and sort of "meaty" on veggie burgers.

For no-cook meals I usually make things like curry tofu salad (reduced fat veganaise, tbsp chutney, curry powder mixed, cilantro, and anything else you like mixed with cubed firm tofu), black bean and corn salad

We use naan or laffa bread and make pizza with lots of vegetables, fat free farmer's cheese or low fat goat/feta cheese.

We enjoy sliced sliced polenta on the grill, as well as making a healthy pizza crust, putting it directly on the grill at high heat, then topping it after it's par baked. Veggie pizza off the grill is so great in Summer!!

You should look up vegetarian alternative recipes for the BBQ foods you're craving. If you want to be able to stick to your diet you can't feel as if you're being deprived, or missing out on experiences. You have to find a new way to have them. That's the difference between being on a diet, and making a lifestyle change.

You can grill fruit too. Grilled pineapple is de-lish!

grilled corn on the cob is amazing! you could also still stick with your tofu- try grilling some marinated strips or slices of tofu for sandwiches, or in cubes on kabobs with veggies.

Those stir fries are still good in the summer, and all the vegetables are fresh. If you're trying to cut down on fat it is possible to steam fry: a little water or broth in the bottom of the frying pan instead of oil. Some vegetables take well to grilling, but corn on the cob takes a lot less time and I think tastes better either steames or partially steamed and then put on the grill for a short time just for taste.

Grilled veggies are awesome

Ears of corn

Slice an eggplant in half lengthwise

Make veggie shish-ka-bobs with alternating grape tomato, onions, chunks of zucchini, chunks of potato, chunks of peppers etc etc

Peppers love the bbq treatment, in my experience. And so do zucchinis. BBQ, pepper, and yum ensues.

With BBQ season upon us, I actually have a more difficult time coming up with vegetarian dinner and lunch meals.
Winter finds me making stir frys, chilis, stews, soups, curries, etc and incorporating lentils, tofu, and beans regularly. Summer -aside from having a huge, awesome salad for lunch - I find I lack creativity on the grill.

Looking for some of more vegetarian/vegan meals from the BBQ!
I do grill portabella mushrooms to make yummy sandwiches and will also have a store of homemade veggie patties in the freezer...anything else?
