It's great to exercise regularly, but it's not the best idea to exercise more to compensate for something specific you're eating. So I'd try to get out of that habit, but rather focus on what you can do to slowly wean yourself off of these drinks.
Hope that helps,

There are good articles in the SP site about how to break the sugar addiction, e.g. http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/nutrit ion_articles.asp?id=1663 . I did it by simply going cold turkey on sugar. Keep yourself busy with sugarless versions of all the drinks that you have. After a week or two, your cravings will reduce, after a month or two, you will forget that you had such cravings.

Its a worst problem and i need support to come out of it, ashamed to share it too I need sugar drinks atleast once a day, and the one made at cafe has almost 3tbspn of condenced milk and 2 tbson of evaporated milk and i buy one everyday, someday tea, someday coffee, today bought green tea, and i enjoy my drink with bliss Earlier i thought i will compensate with 30 min EXTRA run before sleeping everyday, and as compensating factor i have started enjoying both drinks and 30 min run extra (other than my 30 min gym in morning) I am not leaving drinks but digging another problem by over exercising tjan i normally do everyday and leaving me tired I want to just start eating right and come out.of this circle to eat junk and then burn it by run I need support to do it
