I will try that as well- to not eat anything over 10 grams of sugar per serving.

I flipped thru the book "Sugar Busters" and the cravings are supposed to go away.

I closely monitor my sugar intake even though I am not diabetic. I do not eat anything over 10 grams of sugar per serving. I have found that eating whole grains and eliminating processed foods has made a massive difference. There is so much sodium and sugar in processed foods. For example, light yogurts usually have about 15-20 grams of sugar. I try to get my sugar from fruit and other super foods like dark chocolate.

I think you'll find general agreement that white carbs are the problem. There are so many healthy carbs out there and, eaten in moderation are not going to hurt you.

For the past 2 weeks , I've been paying attention to my diet. I'm loosely following Weight Watchers. I'm keeping an eye out on serving sizes and I'm eating more fruits and veggies.

My weight seems to fluctuate a lot.
My husband bought HIMSELF a Mother's Day cake and I have decided to not touch it.

My doctor told me if I cut sugar and white carbs that the weight would fall off. Actually, one of my girlfriends did that and dropped some weight.

I'm really thinking this sugar is what sabotages my weight loss.

Any comments?
