Wow, with the layoff from exercise this last year I have forgotten just how great it feels to workout! The sense of well-being that comes after working up a sweat is really pleasant. And the can-do attitude and additional emotional energy as well as physical energy is amazing. And I sleep better at night too! And this is with only three gym workouts and cardio on the off days. Wow! I love it and am so glad I started back up. And I have found Spark to be a truly helpful tool! So glad to be here!
