I really hate the way my mind deals with stress. I just got off the line with the X and I get so upset all I want to do is cry and eat! Somewhere in my makeup food = comfort and that has caused me to be the "too fat" guy that I am. I really want to change this association to something more healthy like exercise or something spiritual.
I really hate that life has turned out like it has for me, but it is what it is and I much to be happy and thankful for. I love my job and my daughters. I have new friends and even a girl friend so why can't I lay this burden down and go on?
