One other women's magazine/website that I like for weight training is Oxygen Magazine

If you're interested in learning more about weight training, I highly recommend this website.

It's a very good site for women interested in learning how to weight train. It also has a bunch of really good workouts posted.

Ah ha!! I figured it out!! Thanks to my husband who played around with the website a bit I now have a complete strength training workout planned out to try tomorrow.

I think early on I did something to screw up my Spark page. I can't seem to find a place for "other exercises". I can click on the button but it doesn't bring me to an area to enter them. I really need to start to incorporate strength training so I asked Spark to come up with a plan for me. It hasn't shown up in my Fitness Tracker area and I am not really sure how to create a plan for myself or how to make it show up. Can someone help me out here? I'm not the most tech savvy person, either, so please be specific.
