Maybe eat......FAGE 97% FAT FREE PLAIN YOGURT WITH FRESH BLUEBERRIES (BLUEBERRIES HAVE GOOD FIBER) Probiotics such as yogurt and Kefir help the digestive system.
Sugar free foods can cause discomfort too! Too many citrus fruits, tomatoes and tomato based products can be upsetting too. Don't smoke or drink alcohol as it worsens stomach issues.
Chew some gum to neutralize the stomach acid.....also drinking a glass of lukewarm water or herbal tea helps.
Yes, see the doctor as this is not meant as medical advice. just maybe some relief til you get to the doctor.

This is something that we can't really comment on. You are very wise to make that Dr's appointment. There are a number of things that it could be. It could even come down to the timing of any exercise you do after eating - like too soon. But then again, your Dr IS the best person to ask!
I too have had stomach issues that sound almost the same as your. Maybe you have just been eating too much raw fruits and vegetables. Maybe just back off a little, don't give up though. It should get better. You are very wise to go to the Doctor. Be sure you are totally honest and you should get good advice.

I have experienced something like this, when I stopped eating as much and started eating more raw vegetables. It has gotten better, but it's good that you're seeing a doctor, especially if the pain is severe.

Hi! So lately I've been trying to eat healthier and smaller amounts but I have also been having severe stomach trouble and burning (like heartburn almost.) I have a dr. appointment tomorrow but did anyone else experience this? Will it go away if I push through and keep losing weight? Any advice? Thanks!
