After yo-yo'ing with my weight most of my life, I have recently been motivated enough to make some significant changes. I am taking responsibility and actually doing those things I have known I should be doing. 3 weeks ago I started on my new lifestyle choice of eating only whole, primarily plant-based food. I am feeling great! Preparing meals from scratch is time-consuming but rewarding.
