Hey, I started at almost 230 lbs and now I'm 189 lbs! My old plan wasn't working for me anymore though... :/ I stopped losing weight as much. I was at a stand still, so now I'm joining spark people and hoping it will work and I can stick to it! My goal is 120-110 lbs. I know it'll be a long journey but, I'm doing good, so I know I can do this! I've already worked out 3 times this week, and I half ran/ half walked a mile 3 times too. So, give me luck. :D
