I know these results are extreme so I'm almost hesitant to post them.
I have been eating within my recommended calorie/fat/carb/protein values since finding this site and starting to eat right last Wednesday. I have walked on the treadmill, have been drinking water, and getting more sleep.
As of today, I have lost 12 lbs!!
I'm so happy! I know it's all water weight, but I'm feeling lighter, I have more energy, and I'm amazed at these results. I know it won't always be this drastic, but Holy Cow!!!
That's 12 lbs I will never see again!
