I am a huge spinning fanatic as it gets me through the winter in my Ironman training. Make sure you stretch those IT bands, gluts and quads as soon as you get off the bike

I took my first two spin classes ever over the past two weeks. Spinning is a really fun class. I love the music variety, and music that pumps you up. I can't wait to find more to take

Husband and I ride the exercise bike every day for at least 3 to 4 hours, keep it in the living room so we can watch tv. Have done this for over 10 yrs. No travel to any gym needed. There is no gym less than 2 hrs. away from us. It's a handy thing to have a bike at home.

I took a spinning class and loved it. Relocated to Central New York and have been looking for a class that I can take without joing a gym.

Congratulations! And part of the glory of a spin class is you can adjust the bike as much or as little as you need. Keep up the great work.

After 2 1/2 years, I finally took my 1st Spin class. I used to Spin 3 times a week before...
Although I couldn;t do all the challenges, I kept pedaling and finished the class. I am on my way!
