Hi, fellow Dr. Who fan! When you buy the SparkPeople Cookbook (or if you bought it previously), use the applicable link near the bottom of your SparkPoints page. After clicking the link, you will need to enter the code from the cookbook--but then you'll get 500 SparkPoints *and* a new option will appear on the Recipes tab of your Meal Planner/Nutrition Tracker. This new option will drop down a list of every recipe in the cookbook, and offer to add a serving of any item you select to your selected meal. It's actually easier than it sounds--just take the link, enter the code when prompted, and then look at the recipe tab in the Meal Planner.

What I haven't been able to do is figure out how to get my 3 SparkPoints for fixing a recipe from the cookbook--but maybe that's why we're awarded the 500 points up front.

Good luck!

Is it possible to add the recipes from the sparkpeople cookbook to my meal plans? How would I go about doing that?
