Marge - You have 4 accounts associated with your email address, so what is happening for you is that those SparkMail notifications are for SparkMail in one or more of your other accounts. The usernames that are associated with your email address are the one you posted from, GRAMMY7070, GRAMMY313, GRAMMY55, and GRAMMY3131. So you may want to check those accounts. If you aren't sure of the passwords for those accounts, you can log out of your account and then when you go to log in with one of those, you can click the link for forgot password to have some password reset links sent to you.

How do I know if my mailbox is too full? I've received several notifications of email but nothing in my mailbox. It only happens once in a while, yet I still get some mail

ok I have thought myself pretty savvy but I cannot get my sparkmail from other members!! I am getting mail from the teams that I am on but when notifications are sent to my AO: mailbox, and then I click on the link to bring me to the Spark mailbox, nothing is there......What to do?

I'm not sure that I have the right forum...having said that...I need to say the the notification for Spark Mail is easily missed with the changes in Spark Pages. I've been a member for years and now the Spark Mail notice just no longer stands out and it's very easy to miss. Perhaps they could change the color, the font, put a box around it to make it stand out more.
