I really can't stand spaghetti squash, so it's whole wheat pasta for me. I never feel guilty about eating complex carbs.

I love spaghetti squash mixed with a can of stewed tomatoes and oregano and I don't feel guilty after eating it.

I eat it and enjoy but love the real thing.

When I make it as spaghetti I put shrimp and hot pepper with tomato sauce.

I agree they really can't be compared...But I do not eat wheat so I prefer the squash!

I love spaghetti squash! Just had it yesterday for lunch with some home made sauce. YUM!!

I grow them in my garden, cook, and freeze 1 cup servings in quart size freezer bags. They make great quick hot meals.

My favorite pumpkin ever! Just dig in it is a great and yummy choice. Try with some sour cream, black pepper and lemon juice!

You can't really compare the two!

Spaghetti squash is a vegetable (well, a gourd) and is very low in Calories, fat-free, cholesterol-free, and high in nutrients.

Pasta is flour, eggs, and water.

They're both completely different! Obviously a vegetable is healthier and more nutritious than pasta, and although I've used spaghetti squash to replace pasta in some ways, it's not a 100% substitute for it, in my opinion.

Give it a try!

Is Spaghetti squash better for you then whole wheat pasta? Is it a better diet choice?
