1) go for bible study tonight
2) exercise tomorrow (Wednesday)
3) watch my fluid intake religiously from now on (I'm on dialysis)

Tuesday goals staying within my eating range
Drink 4 glasses of water
Go to gym & do strength work out
Clean bathroom
sort out some paper work
eat 2 vegetables
eat 2 fruits

list for Tomorrow. with the lawyer (divorce stuff)
do 60 minutes of cardio (treadmill or run outside)
strength train for 60 minutes.
Put chilli in the crockpot
Make cornbread.
Spend time with Jesus.

Goals for Monday
some form of exercise
Paper work done for my Mom
drink at least 4 glasses of water ( do not drink enough )
be more conscious of how much I eat
I work until 7 pm so that is a hard day to get more done ( if I do the above I will feel real good about myself )

I ate half of what I normally would this weekend
I scrubbed my kitchen floor
I did laundry
I washed car & truck windows
I cleaned out refrigerator
I did the banking

This the work I did this weekend ( my play time I rode the motorcycle 75 miles on Sat. with my husband Sun. I went canoeing & had a picnic lunch at the lake )

Well so far, my rooms looking great, my cupboards are full, laundry is hanging up to dry and the uni stuff is done! Just the kitchen left. Feeling very proud of myself! I award myself 20 imaginary Sparkpoints!

This week I will:

1. Update my resume
2. Return a pair of slacks
3. Iron my work clothes! (I tend to just shake 'em out and go in wrinkled). LOL!

I've been sticking to my diet and exercise goals religiously for a month now (give or take a few wine-based slips!) and feel like it's time to move that motivation into organising my life! I've set myself a to do list for the day and I'm going to blast through it to get ready for the new week. Today I will...

... complete a food shop
... Tidy my room
... clean the kitchen
... sort out some uni admin that I've been putting off
... do two loads of laundry
