Hey you all in the upper 60's and 70's send some of that weather up to MD.
I heard on the weather that we are possibly going to have another snow storm on Tuesday or Wednesday and I am snoverit.

I can tell you that I lived in Conneaut Ohio, and we had a pool. Now every year my husband opened that thing the middle of May. He worked out of town and thought it would be heated for us. Every year, I had to undo the pipes due to snow.

I know right now 40 degrees would be a heat wave.
At least I got some good cardio with the snow shoveling

WHAT ....you guys got 60 to 70 degress. 40 would be a blessing! You guys got an extra room

Ok, now that's just mean! I agree with you, though, 72 degrees is wetsuit water! One upside to everyone being over this snowy winter, every storm now comes with a neighborhood after-party in the middle of the parking lot.

So should I not rub in the fact that we have been swimming already? Pool is still a bit cold for me (72 degrees), but the kiddos don't mind.
well, the low here in florida was 67 last night, so i don't know about this snow patrick's day thing. and, no, that's not a typo. the low was 67. tonight we're getting down to a chilling 63 so i might get to turn the ac off for the night. anything beats shoveling snow in my mind, but glad you found a silver lining.
Got snow in my area too but it's supposed to be 60 degrees F a couple of days from now. I can't wait.

I am in the mid Atlantic too. And I just finished shoveling out two cars. I am hoping that this is Winters last hurrah.
When my super cheerful and joyful friends are like 'ugh' then I know we have gotten way to much snow.

Thank you, sparkpeople, for helping me reorient my thinking. It's snowing again in the mid-Atlantic, where we've had more snow than usual this year. Typically, I'd be irritated by the cold, wet, inconvenient messiness of it.
Not now! Today it's a fast way to burn calories... and I'm sure to exceed 8 glasses of water just rehydrating as I go.
Depending on how things go, I might even have calories left for beer. :)
