The scale is probably the least reliable way to see progress. Don't forget to measure your body periodically and record it. Record your energy levels, too. All this is under the weight and other measurements part of the tracker home page.

This week, finally, some weight is coming off....it's not been fast, but it is steady. I hope to continue, I tend to keep losing the same ten pounds, regain, lose...you know...I'd like a little more wiggle room!
