The closer you are to your goal weight, the slower you're going to lose. So if you only have 2 pounds to lose, it could come off very slowly. It's not surprising that you aren't seeing a change on the scale after just one week.
As long as you're eating in the calorie range your SP program suggests, you should be on the right track. I would also recommend having your body fat tested, since that's a better indicator of health vs. a number on the scale or BMI. Most gyms offer this test for a small fee.

No, don't worry about it. Just eat what you need. You'd be surprised that for most people, a week off the wagon actually doesn't change much, as long as you get back on right away!
