I'd say first thing is recommit to your goals that you've fallen off on first. In my life it was far more important to restart a missed goal than start a new one.
Have you put your treadmill in front of the TV? Or read while at on a slow pace. I've had a lot of luck doing exercise while doing a leisure activity.

I started by increasing my water intake. I had these huge bottles that held 5 cups of water and forced myself to drink at least one whole on before a beverage of any other kind that day - whether it be a coffee, pop or even juice. That was the kick I needed to get started, and it stuck. After a little while I made breakfast a priority, every morning. It took me a lot longer to get in the habit of after skipping it for so many years. Now I am no big loser but I feel better and am at the point that I need another goal too.
10 minutes of exercise per day or 5 servings of fruits and veggies per day or 25 g of fiber per day

I told myself this was the year to lose the weight and so far it hasn't worked. In the past, what has worked for me was to incorporate one healthy, weight-losing tip into my life at a time. Once I mastered one, I moved onto another. For instance, I gave up all soda a few years ago. Once that worked for a few months, I gave up eating white bread. I dropped over 20 pounds with just those 2 changes but now I've fallen back off the wagon. Anyone have a new idea that I can start with? I'm still limiting the soda but eating more of the bread than I should.
Also exercise is hard to stick with this time. I do have a treadmill but to me that is boring.
