Going to post exercise and weihght lost or gain here.My exercising plan it to walk inside on my treadmill and outside.goingg to start out with 2 miles. no less than 30 minutes. going to be tracking time, miles, steps and speed and incline. Going for 10,000 steps or more a day.
my weigh in day is going to be Sunday.Good or bad will post.
