How would a fit bit tell you what exercise points etc you have done.

I have not purchased one and I often wonder when I do lots of yard work or pool work, which I do. I really cringe posting it just because I enjoy the hard work.

Without the time for my trail walk and working in the yard is usually a good workout with what I do, I wonder how that works in this similar situation. Pat in Maine.

If I may just jump in and say..... Yesterday I ran up some stairs for probably the first time since I was 10 years old. A few years ago I could barely walk up the stairs; to be able to run up stairs made me immensely happy.

Any kind of exercise can help strengthen your core, since you use it in all activities that require balance and stability. It's not going to replace traditional core exercises, but can be a good workout.

I would think so. Knee-highs work your core and it is basically a high step.
