Glad you are back with us Shy Heaven! Hope you are having a great Sunday. I have 3 tips for you right off the bat which should get you started in the right direction!
1. On the "My Spark Points Page" there is a "Welcome Guide" do this so you have an orientation to this site and you'll know where to find everything!
2. Make up your Spark Page and figure out your goals and aspirations so you can always see what you are working towards!
3. You ask how to keep your motivation high! In the articles section there is a section devoted specifically to motivation which will help you. On your Spark Page make sure you put some photos in there that motivate you. You can also make a vision collage for yourself & find role models that have the attributes you want to cultivate within yourself.
Remember to work on yourself from the inside out so you can be proud of who you are no matter what size you are.
Let me know if you need any questions answered or need more help since we're all friends here~

I tried SparkPeople before but didn't have the motivation to follow through the weight loss program. 10 kg later (22 lbs), I'm back. I don't want to be ashamed of my body anymore. I want to feel good in my skin and know that I'm doing all I can to be healthy.
If you have any tips for a beginner like me, I would appreciate it. Also, how do you keep your motivation high?
