After visiting your SparkPage and your Photo, I think you are being way to hard on yourself. You don't seem, to have much weight to lose at all, and as far as I am concerned, you look GREAT!

Do you have self-esteem issues? To me, that seems to be where your problem lies more than your weight or appearance.

Just because you have not lost weight does not mean you are a failure.
Maybe it is time to work just a bit harder. I visited your shared trackers and did not see any tracking. Being consistent with tracking can give you huge insights into where you need to make changes, adjustments to see results. What you eat is important too. Start with tracking and keep the faith. Make new resolves and goals and move on from this bump in the road.

so last night I had my reunion. Let's just say I was feeling great about myself until 2 girls that I was envious of in high school walked in and they still look great!! UGH... I wish I could lose this weight. I am struggling so much with everything, I feel like such a failure. I work my butt off weekly and I have cut calories I am even on thyroid medication now and I still haven't lost any weight. I don't get it!!! I try very hard to kick my work outs up but it is not working. I don't want to lose faith but it is slipping quickly. emoticon emoticon
