I don't think you can really do that. That's one of the reasons why I don't use the SP meal plans and just create my own. But what you can do is copy meals from one day to the next you you're not entering everything individually every day.
While I am not a picky eater, there is one food that I do not like: Cottage Cheese. Is there a way to remove this from the meal planner so it does not show up anymore as an option for the meal plans? I know how to replace it with another food, but it would be much easier to not have it show up on the meal plans in the first place.
