I think you could take out the salt and there wonld't be a problem. We elimate salt in the school cookies and bars and it doesn't cause problem.

Do you think they would work without the added salt?

Want to share this recipe i found.

yogurt biscuits

1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups plain Greek Yogurt

Preheat oven to 450
Whisk flour and slat in large bowl. Make a hollow in the center and pour yougurt in. Stir. Mix till dry ingredients are moist and dough forms. Put flour down on clean surface, turn dough out and fold in halfPat dough till 1/2 inch thick. fold again and pat 1/2 inch thick. Dip a 2 inch biscuit cutter in flour and cut out biscuit. Place close together on baking sheet. Bake 10 to 14 minutes till lightly brown. makes 12 biscuits.

94 calories per biscuit, 1 g fat, 4mg chol., 3 g prot., 17 g carbs., 0.5 g fiber, 477 mg sodium.
