A lot of people say they want to lose weight, but few do. Actions speak louder than words! This SparkTeam is for those who are willing to lose weight and be healthy for life!
On March 15, 2010, I decided to lose 85 pounds. 9 months later, I'm 56.8 pounds lighter. I still have 28.2 pounds to go, but I am 100% confident that I will hit my goal!
I called this SparkTeam a REVOLUTION because a revolution signifies PERMANENT change! A revolution reflects on mistakes from the past and uses them to create a better future. A revolution embraces new, positive ways of thinking. A revolution is a SOCIAL movement that promotes UNITY and SUPPORT for others!
Here are the three principles of this SparkTeam!
1) We have a SOLID, HEALTHY and REALISTIC fitness and nutrition plan that we will follow. 2) We will learn from our mistakes, adjust our plan accordingly and move on. 3) We will develop an ACTIVE, SOLID and CLOSE-KNIT SparkTeam through team message board posts, weekly TeamChats, huddles, SparkGoodies and more.
