Who out there knows what to do when you plateau or even start gaining. I have changed up my exercising my foods everything. Could I be building muscle and that is why I am getting no loss. I walk, bike (stationary), and zumba to mix it up? Thinking of adding yoga. I did 30 miles on the bike last week. Then some one told me to much of the same exercise doesn't help. Any suggestions
