I would go with the HRM assuming you entered all your info correctly when you set it up.

I am sort of new to SP. I have started doing p90x at the suggestion of a very fit friend of mine, and I have a question re: the calories burned.

SP says I burned 647. My HRM says I burned 681. On the other health site I use (MFP), they said it is impossible for me to have burned that much, and that I should subtract 25% of the calories from what the lowest estimate is. That would be 485 calories, which seems low, considering how hard I worked on this workout (it is the plyometrics dvd).

I am 34 years old, I weigh 194. My HRM said I averaged 150bpm, with a high of 170bpm.
