KIMBELLA88, you got that right! This website is simply the best. You're doing what it takes: consistent exercise. I assume you're using the Nutrition Tracker, too. If you are not using it yet, make yourself start. It is the single greatest tool since the invention of the wheel.

It's possible! I just wAnt to encourage you guys that it is possible despite school as Full time nursing student and the fact that I have an 11 month old running around driving me nuts it can be done. Time management and support is key! I've been juicing btw and working out about 30 minutes a day outside and in the gym. I'm finally putting my All into this! The buddy system works! I workout with a classmate she pushes me an I push her. If I can do I anyone can. This is a great website and it really helps.
