I like Nature's Way Metabolic Reset shakes - preferably the chocolate. I usually order this from Amazon and find it to be pretty affordable. Some of the reviews online claim that the product has led to GI upset, but I personally have never had issues, and I've recommended the shakes to friends who haven't had problems after drinking the shakes either. I'm sure it differs from person to person.

What about a green smoothie in a thermos?

I love the Designer Whey™ brand. They come in several good flavors, but I get the plain or vanilla a lot, and make them whatever flavor I want with DaVinci™ sugar-free syrups.

I usually mix mine in almond or coconut milk - or a blend of the two. The powder mixes pretty well, and I've mixed it up and put it in the fridge for later occasionally.

I buy mine online from VitaCost™, but I believe I've seen the brand in groceries and WalMart. You could check online resources for the flavors they offer. I've got a strawberry open at the moment, and it's good. I just finished a cannister of the Double Chocolate, and it was tasty, too. I have a White Chocolate waiting. Haven't tasted that one yet, but it sounds good!

I also work 12hr night shifts. I use the pure protein whey powder. I get it at Target for around $20. Nice sized canister. I like the chocolate.

Have you tried whey powder? I've heard it's a good source of protein but don't know how creamy it is. You can add a bit of juice to make it tasty.

I work 12 hour night shifts. I am trying to eat every three
Hours. I want to increase
My protein. I have tried various premade shakes and have found a few I like but they don't have powder version. I need something with good taste and creamy. Suggestions for a powder I can use in a shaker bottle without a blender would be great. Thanks
