I use Image Sports Weight Loss protein powder right now. I was using Optimum Nutrition, but switched because I ran out and the Image Sports was on sale. I always read the nutrition label to make sure the calorie levels are low, and that its lower in sugar.

I use Vega One all in one nutritional shakes platy of flavours to choose from and all vegan to boot. I also will change it around and have Vegan Proteins+ from green health or if in a bind GenSoy from walmart (not my fav but the price is budget friendly).

If I had to us pp, I would prefer powdered eggs or egg whites and add my own fruit, veggies, and/or spices. I prefer stevia to sweeten.

yes! i use protein powder for a lot of recipes, and it helps me to stay on track. i make protein cakes, shakes, pancakes, bars(i prepare once a week, i freeze them and take one whenever i go to the gym).

I bought some and made a couple shakes with it, but I'm afraid I will end up gaining weight. I like the idea of the extra protein, but I am not really a "shake" person. To me, it doesn't seem like I ate and I'm afraid I will drink the shake and also eat a meal. That's what the body builders do, but my body is already big enough. LOL

Vega makes some good protein powders in various flavours (natural, berry, chocolate, vanilla, etc.). I use them in my fruit smoothies.

I LOVE my CLICK Protein Powder. It gives me a great boost of energy. Anyone else use it or another protein powder?
