I prefer the taste of muscle milk personally. I was doing a boot camp class for 6 weeks in the morning last summer and found I got a massive migraine even when I ate within my calorie range. I don't care for an early breakfast so since the class was at 6am I would do a protein shake with 1% milk immediately afterwards and that cured the morning migraines. I've only tried the body fortress and muscle milk but I prefer the taste of the muscle milk so far compared to the two.
