I mix up little bowls of it to put on apple slices or just eat plain! I've mixed the powder into oatmeal, but never thought of smoothies before (must try that!).

Amazon, Vitacost and iherb all have carried PB2 in the past. The chocolate one is good, too. I sometimes mix the dry (regular) PB2 with some all fruit jam and then make a PBJ. Cindy

I bought mine on Amazon, but the recently started carrying it in my grocery store. I've been adding it to smoothies and have even added it to oatmeal.

just mix with water and use like peanut butter! you can also try to put it dry into your oatmeal to make it thicker and peanut butter flavored!

We bought it at the local grocery, and use it in smoothies. Also really good in baking.

I didn't know what to do with it when I first bought it, either. The website has some good recipes:

Basically, I use it wherever I use peanut butter, mostly for baking and peanut sauce dishes (yum).

I LOVE PB2! You can mix it with whatever liquid you want to get the consistency you want. I wouldn't just sprinkle it on toast though, gotta mix it up.

I usually just mix with water until smooth. More water to make it thinner to swirl in oatmeal or yogurt, less water to spread on bread or dip apples. It's great to add to smoothies as well.

PB2 is quite good. Buy online or in-store. : )

I love the PB2! I hae found it in the organic or whole foods section at Hy-Vee. If you can't find it close I have also ordered it online.
I also mix mine with water; my family has barely noticed a difference between that and the real stuff.

I actually had been looking for that but they don't carry it in my area. The clerk at Whole Foods recommended using natural peanut butter and just pouring the oil off the top

I love the stuff.
Instead of sprinkling it on your toast, put a little bit in a tiny bowl (i use a measuring cup) and add a teeny bit of water until you get the consistency of peanut butter. Much better that way.

Recently picked up a jar of powdered peanut butter (PB2 brand). I sprinkled some on toast this morning....still not sure about it.

Has anyone used this? ...and how?
