After work on Tuesdays I take an hour long Zumba class. When I get home afterwards, I am not at all hungry, and really don't have much interest in food for the rest of the evening. I usually make a smoothie, but often even that is unappealing. Wednesday through Friday I go to the pool after work and swim for about 45 minutes. By the time I get home I am STARVING! It's like I cannot fill myself, I am burning a similar amount of calories each day, and it doesn't seem to matter what I eat before hand. Why?
