Thank you for your responses! There is no pain and I feel great afterwards. I was just wondering because with certain exercises it's frequent.

I always pop and crack during my warmup set. If there is no pain, don't worry.

To be honest, I look forward to some popping when I start yoga back up after taking too long of a break. For me, I think it means I'm loosening up.

Mine have done this without pain for years. It's probably just your bones rubbing together. I've also heard that it can be like a bubble in the joint that pops. Neither of these are really anything to worry about unless you have pain.

Is there any pain?

I have similar issues, so I went and asked my doctor. He said as long as there is no pain, this is normal. I'd double check with yours the next time you go, but I wouldn't fret overmuch. Sometimes our bodies creak, pop, and groan!

I noticed that every time I do a squat my knees pop. Also, when I use my hand weights my shoulder and elbow joints pop. What does that mean? I've been exercising for awhile now and I still notice this. Any suggestions?
