Actually, I answered my own question. And apparently, I've gotten good enough at eyeballing it that the 5.7 ounces of spagetti I measured was EXACTLY a serving.

When I cook pasta for my family, for obvious reasons, I can't pre-measure my cooked pasta.

I DID weigh afterwards... 5.7 ounces (cooked thin spagetti) - so how do I figure out the calorie content? Everything in the tracker I've found is for dry.

Links help... I don't mind entering my own stuff.
