I have a recipe for Spicy Honey Orange Chicken that calls for orange juice concentrate. Even though it is not much (1 TBSP) I was trying to come up with a substitution, because I am trying to keep the frozen juices in my house to a minimum. (So, I don't drink too much of them!)
Does anyone have any ideas? I love the taste of the recipe, but I also will drink too much juice if I keep it around!
