That's how I used my tracker; meal by meal. Because sometimes plans just don't work out or I end up having a meal idea in mind and then eating something else. Plus like AUGUSTREADY said, I can adjust my dinner and before-bed snack based on what I ate during the day.

I just joined this week and have done the same thing - track after each meal.

I cook everything from scratch so no need to go out and buy anything...:-)

I find it really useful to know what should be on the menu for dinner based on what I've eaten during the day.

So what happens if you get to the last meal, and are way short on one macro, and high on another? Do you go out and buy something that fits into your daily ranges?

Great job Krista!

Possibly that is the most effective technique for success, because we are such visual learners.

Remember to reward yourself with non-food rewards, for achieving your goals and sometimes just for sticking to your plans!
