Your SP fat range is based on 20-35% of your calories coming from fat (a general nutrition recommendation for healthy adults). Sounds like, on average, you are easily within this range.

It doesn't really matter as long as you're staying in your Spark range. These are just general recommendations. People eat all sorts of macro breakdowns. It's more to help you to eat a balanced diet. For example, if your diet is too high in one macro, it may mean you are lacking another and micronutrients associated with the foods that make up that macro. If you're close to the recommended values, it really shouldn't be a concern.
A single day does not make up your diet and your macros definitely do not have to be perfect.

I'd agree and say that if it's averaging out for the week you should be fine...much like calories.
Don't beat yourself up too bad about the bread and Bailey's.
Guideline seems to be a person should get roughly 30 percent of their calories from fat. I swing a lot on this because I eat a lot of "good fats" so some days my percentage is as high as 37 percent but, after a high day I try to cut back more and go in the 20-23 percent range. But, when I have looked at reports on a weekly basis my averages each WEEK for last four weeks are 29, 32, 31, and 31 percent respectively.
I see a clear pattern where Friday and Saturdays have higher fat because I eat meals with hubby and family those days. LOL. Although last night I was dealing with a crisis and it skyrocketed for yesterday when I had some bread (which I tried to resist and failed!) that was brought with my room service salmon and asparagus and an airplane bottle of Bailey's Irish Cream. :-)
QUESTION IS, As long as I average close to the recommended value this is fine right? I am still losing at least a pound a week.
