Love my oatmeal with good for your heart walnuts that add crunch or maybe some Sesame seeds that stabilize my blood sugar levels and they contain many valuable nutrients and some flax seeds because they curb my hunger and is an additional source of protein and fiber.

I'm having mango, banana, peach and coconut overnight oats this morning. It's delicious. I'm doing a key lime overnight oats for tomorrow.

You soak your oats in Greek yogurt (or any kind of yogurt), milk or alternative and put it in the firdge overnight. Freeze your fruit overnight and then process it in the morning and pour it on top.

You can also make savoury oatmeals. I haven't tried any but worth looking into, just do a search online. Like this one:

Chopped up dried dates are also great - naturally sweet and high fibre, along with other health benefits, and better still, they actually go well with oatmeal. I would suggest not just water for the liquid, too - adding a good percentage of milk is a great way to get in protein, too.

Bananas mangoes blueberries can really sweeten. I have 1/2 to 1 tsp of sugar on's only 15 calories per tsp. But I often add protein powder flaxseeds walnuts and fruit.

Blueberries, bananas, nuts are all great!
This week I've been eating no cook oatmeal: 1/4 c oats, 1/3 c milk (2%), 1/4 c 2% plain greek yogurt, 1/2 banana chopped, 4 pecans, crunched, 1/2 tbl chia seeds, 1 scoop of chocolate whey protein. You put it in the fridge overnight and it is quite delicious the next day. Can't wait to try with other fruits.
