If I track what I eat every day I can maintain or if I gain weight I can look back and understand why .

If you go to your Start Page and on the left hand side of your page in the My Goals and Progress section is where you can verify the data you plugged in. To check your goal weight, where it reads go from X pounds to X pounds by this date, change, click on the change link and this will allow you to see the data you provided.

The calories burned goal is listed in the same My Goals and Progress section. Once again you can click the change link and see the calories you chose to expend per week and then make any changes you need to from there.

I hope this helps!

Coach Nancy,

Thank you, this is helpful. But I dont know what I put for my activty level or goal weight etc. Is there a way to check these point and/or change them to match your current goals? Thanks!

Your calorie range is based on your current weight, height, activity level, goal weight and time to reach your goal weight.

Below is a link to Dietitian Becky's tutorial on how your calorie range is determined. I hope this helps!

This is kind of a silly question, but Ive been on SP for a few years now and I just decided I wanted to start using the nutrition trackers. Anyways my calories are set at 1540-1890/day and Im not sure how that number came to be? I noticed you can change your calorie range manually, but is there a more accurrate way? Thanks!
