Absolutely! As you learn to eat, you start making better choices; I can't tell you how often i've skipped a high-calorie low-nutrition food because well, it doesn't seem like a good calorie budget choice, and I'd rather have more of a low-cal high-nutrition food!

Just TRY to overeat on raw broccoli. You can't do it! 100 calories of broccoli is insane. 100 calories of cookies is gone in a flash, and leaves you wanting more!

It really is amazing how much you food you can eat if you choose wisely for your 1500-1850 calories.
