When I'm able to add another 5 or 10 lbs to the weights I lift!
When I add time and resistance to my cardio.
When clothes start to fit better
When my boyfriend holds me by the waist and says, "Aw, my Little Lucy has gotten smaller!"
When a friend tells me "there's no way somebody your size burns that many calories!"

Fitting comfortably into all my clothes including undergarments. Being able to wear my skinny jeans and still be able to breathe is the best!

The "problem" of almost all my clothes being too big for me. Best problem I've ever had emoticon

All such super NSVs. Thank you for sharing!

Another one tonight - my little man (9) asked for family pub night where we eat pub food and watch a movie together. Not one to deny my kid family time I pulled it off baking them chicken wings and quesadillas and 3 layer dip and managed to pull of my own version subbing is some veggies with my salsa and plain greek yogurt instead of cream cheese. I had a fun family meal with my boys and loved it and never felt like I was missing out once!

Oh I do love that feeling of a previously tight pair of jeans slipping on easily with room to spare ! It's also a great feeling to be able to shop for a smaller size........... emoticon

I have decided to dump my scale for awhile. I am not going to let a number lead me anymore :)

Yesterday I pulled on a pair of jeans that I have been really tight and they fit beautifully!! YAHOO

The other day I went down to put wood in the fire and then ran up the stairs easily without being out of breath.

What are your NSV??
