We didn't even buy any to have in the house over the Christmas holidays - we're pretty much all drinking water now.

A similiar challenge helped me give up pop in 2009 and I have not gone back to drinking it. I encourage all to join in this wonderful challenge! After 30 days of no pop you body doesn't even want it. Water is my drink of choice now and I am so much healthier for it!
Join me in no soda challenge for three weeks! I am having my last soda now...and saying good bye! Let's encourage each other as much as possible with alternatives---our managing skills, and perks---better health, weight loss----sleep etc.
My first step today is to alternatives like carbonated water, lemon lime water and lots of herbal teas. Good luck! Ready, Set Go!
